To ensure availability, we recommend submitting your order request at least 10–14 days in advance. Larger or highly detailed cakes may require additional notice.

To secure your custom cake order, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Because all cakes are custom made and reserved specifically for your event date, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation, date changes, or no-shows.

All cakes from Pastel Boutique are handcrafted and custom designed. While we do our best to match inspiration photos, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed. Slight variations in color, design, and decorative details are a natural part of custom cake artistry and are not considered defects.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the artistic interpretation and custom nature of our work.
💳 Balance Due Timeline
The remaining balance is due in full prior to pickup or delivery.
For most custom cake orders, the final balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date, unless otherwise specified in your invoice.
Orders with unpaid balances by the due date may be subject to cancellation without refund of the deposit.
