When

Thanksgiving pickup: Tuesday, Nov 24, Wednesday, Nov 25 and Thursday, Nov 26. All requests close Friday, Nov 20 at 7 PM (Houston time). Friendsgiving pickup on selected dates Nov 7–22. Pickup times: 10 AM–6 PM (Nov 7, 10–14, 17–21, 24–25); 12–3 PM on Sundays (Nov 8, 15, 22); 10 AM–3 PM on Thanksgiving Day (Nov 26).

No Monday pickups. Pickup only; no delivery.

How confirmation works

A request does not reserve an order. Our team checks capacity first. Your order is confirmed only after staff approval and receipt of your 70% nonrefundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid before pickup.

  3. We send an itemized summary with secure payment instructions.
  4. After we receive your 70% nonrefundable deposit, we confirm your order in writing.
  5. Pay the remaining balance in store at pickup (cash, Zelle or card).

    Is a request a confirmed order?

    No. A request does not reserve an order. Our team checks capacity first. Your order is confirmed only after staff approval and receipt of your 70% nonrefundable deposit.

    When is the deposit due?

    After we review your request, we send an itemized summary with secure payment instructions. Please pay the 70% nonrefundable deposit within 12 hours to hold your order. We confirm in writing once it’s received.

    When is the balance due?

    The remaining balance is paid in store at pickup, before you take your dessert: cash, Zelle or card.

    Can I change or cancel?

    You can request changes until Sunday, November 22, and our team must approve them. The 70% deposit is nonrefundable.

    Can I customize the design?

    This collection has set designs, so we can’t add names, custom colors, toppers or design uploads. For a fully custom dessert, use our custom order form.

    How many portions are included?

    What about allergies?

    Our kitchen is not peanut-free. Tell us about any allergy in your request and we’ll share ingredient details so you can decide. We can’t promise allergen-free production or that a dessert suits a specific diet.

    How should I transport and store my dessert?

    Keep it cool on the way home (run the car A/C). Refrigerate until serving.

    Is delivery offered?

    This collection is pickup only, at our Houston bakery. Delivery is not available.

    What if I miss my pickup?

    Please pick up during your confirmed time. Thanksgiving Day pickups end at 3 PM on Thursday, Nov 26. Missed pickups can’t be rescheduled, refunded or turned into store credit.
